Description

Elf Moto 4 Tourer XP FE 10W-30 is a fully synthetic fuel-saving engine oil for four-stroke touring motorcycles on long journeys.

The oil is rated API SP and JASO MA2 and is registered with JASO; the data sheet lists no motorcycle manufacturer approvals.

According to the data sheet, it lowers internal engine friction and so reduces fuel consumption, while keeping the clutch plates gripping without slip. Oil pressure builds quickly on a cold start. Typical figures: 9.9 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 145, pour point -39 °C, flash point 252 °C. Available in 1 and 4 litre packs.

Application

Four-stroke touring motorcycles on long journeys, where lower internal friction is needed without any loss of clutch grip.
