Description

77 Lubricants Autogear Oil EP 85W-140 is a mineral high-viscosity gear oil at the API GL-4 level. It is intended for the manual gearboxes and transaxles of cars, vans and trucks, as well as off-highway, mining and agricultural machinery, where the unit's maker prescribes an 85W-140 GL-4 oil.

It holds no official car-maker approvals; the specification list includes the military MIL-L-2105.

Typical data-sheet figures: kinematic viscosity 27.3 mm²/s at 100 °C and 376.5 mm²/s at 40 °C, viscosity index 98, pour point -21 °C, flash point above 201 °C.
