Description

Liqui Moly Hypoid Gear Oil (GL5) SAE 140 is a high-viscosity mineral single-grade gear oil for heavily loaded final drives with hypoid gearing.

It carries API GL-5 and the MIL-L-2105D approval. There are no carmaker approvals and no stated compliance with their requirements.

Typical figures: 27.7 mm²/s at 100 °C and 375 mm²/s at 40 °C, viscosity index 100, pour point -24 °C. Available in 20 litre packs.

Application

Heavily loaded final drives with hypoid gearing that call for an API GL-5 oil of this viscosity grade.
