77 Lubricants Engine Oil HDX 15W-50 is a semi-synthetic engine oil for heavy-duty diesel engines in trucks, buses and vans from Euro 3 to Euro 5.

It is rated ACEA E7, API CI-4 and SL, JASO DH-1 and Global DHD-1. It holds no official approvals; the maker claims compliance with Volvo VDS-3, Mack EO-N, Renault Trucks RLD-2, DTFR 15B110, MAN M 3275, CAT ECF-1a, Cummins CES 20077 and 20078, DDC DFS 93K215, Deutz DQC-III and MTU Oil Category 2.

Typical figures: viscosity 18.7 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 154, base number 11 mg KOH/g, sulphated ash 1.5 %, pour point -33 °C.
