Description
Eni i-Sint tech 0W-30 is a fully synthetic engine oil for petrol and diesel engines in Volkswagen Group cars and minibuses. It is designed for extended drain intervals where the vehicle manufacturer provides for them.
The oil holds official VW 503.00, VW 506.00 and VW 506.01 approvals. These are formal Volkswagen approvals, not merely a claim by the oil maker.
Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 9.6 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 165, pour point -39 °C, flash point 215 °C, base number 10 mg KOH/g and cold-cranking viscosity 5,580 mPa·s at -35 °C. The 0W winter grade makes cold starts easier.
