Description

Eni Rotra ATF II D is a Rotra ATF fluid for automatic gearboxes and hydraulic transmissions. It is shear-stable, flows well in frost and is compatible with steel and non-ferrous alloys.

It holds official MAN 339 Type V1 and ZF TE-ML 04D, 11A and 14A approvals. Without formal approval, it meets the requirements of GM Dexron II-D, Ford MERCON, Allison C-4, CAT TO-2, MB 236.6, Voith H55.6335.xx, MAN 339 Type Z1 and ZF TE-ML 05L, 09 and 17C.

Typical figures: viscosity 28 mm²/s at 40 °C and 6.2 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 182, pour point -45 °C, flash point 188 °C, density 865 kg/m³ and low-temperature viscosity 31,680 mPa·s at -40 °C.

Application

Automatic and hydraulic transmissions whose manufacturer calls for a Dexron II-D fluid, and other systems needing a shear-stable fluid with good low-temperature behaviour.
