Description

BP Vanellus Long Life 10W-30 is an engine oil from the Vanellus line for commercial diesel engines, whether naturally aspirated, turbocharged or supercharged, on and off the road, including mining and construction fleets and places where fuel quality varies. The lighter 10W-30 grade eases cold starts.

It is rated API CF-4 and carries no official carmaker approvals.

Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 10.8 mm²/s at 100 °C and 72 mm²/s at 40 °C, viscosity index 135, base number 7.7 mg KOH/g, sulphated ash 0.95 %, pour point -42 °C.
