Description

Elf Evolution Full-Tech FEX 5W-20 is a synthetic engine oil for Ford petrol engines that require WSS-M2C948-B, first and foremost the three-cylinder 1.0 EcoBoost. The data sheet does not cover the Ka, Focus ST or Focus RS.

The oil is rated ACEA C5, API SN and ILSAC GF-5 and holds official Ford WSS-M2C948-B and JLR STJLR.03.5004 approvals. Its reduced phosphorus content protects the three-way catalytic converter.

Typical data-sheet figures: 8.2 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 161, pour point -33 °C. In the M111 FE test, the data sheet quotes a fuel saving of 3.55 %. Available in 1, 4, 20 and 208 litre packs.

Application

Ford petrol engines that require WSS-M2C948-B, especially the three-cylinder 1.0 EcoBoost; the data sheet excludes the Ka, Focus ST and Focus RS.
