Description

Elf Performance Pro 900 10W-40 is a low-SAPS engine oil for truck diesels up to Euro 6 (Mercedes-Benz, DAF, some Scania and MAN engines) and most Euro 5 trucks. Its low-ash formulation protects particulate filters.

It is rated ACEA E4, E6, E7 and E9 and API CJ-4, CI-4 Plus, CI-4 and CH-4. No official carmaker approvals are listed. The maker states that it meets Cummins CES 20081, DTFR 15C110, Mack EO-O Premium Plus, MAN M 3271-1 and M 3477, Renault Trucks RLD-3 and Volvo VDS-4; for Iveco it is listed against the TLS E9 standard.

Typical figures: 13.7 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 153, base number 10 mg KOH/g, sulphated ash 1 %. Available in 208 litre drums.

Application

Truck diesels up to Euro 6 (Mercedes-Benz, DAF, some Scania and MAN engines) and most Euro 5 trucks.
