Description

Mobil Delvac HD 10W-40 is a part-synthetic low-SAPS oil in the Mobil Delvac range for Euro V/VI truck and bus diesels fitted with a DPF, SCR, CRT, DOC or EGR. It runs on ultra-low-sulphur diesel and many biodiesel blends.

The oil holds official MTU Oil Category 3.1 approval and meets the requirements of DAF Extended Drain without formal approval. For applications calling for MAN M 3477 or ACEA E6, ExxonMobil recommends it.

Typical figures: 13.7 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 153, base number 11.3 mg KOH/g, sulphated ash 0.96 %, pour point -42 °C.

Application

Naturally aspirated and turbocharged Euro V/VI truck and bus diesels with a DPF, SCR, CRT, DOC or EGR, on ultra-low-sulphur diesel or many biodiesel blends, on short and long-haul routes.
