Description

Elf Tranself Universal FE 80W-90 is a multi-purpose gear oil for manual gearboxes and differentials in vans, trucks and off-highway machinery, semi-synthetic according to its maker. It is designed in particular for hot-running rear axles and extended drain intervals.

It meets API GL-4, GL-5 and MT-1 and the SAE J2360 standard. Official approvals: MAN 342 Type M2, MAN 341 Type GA1, Scania STO 1:0 and Scania STO 1:1 G, and Volvo 97321. It meets the requirements of Mack GO-J, MAN 341 Type E2 and Type Z2 without formal approval. Stable friction ensures smooth synchroniser operation.

Typical figures: viscosity 14.1 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 123, pour point -33 °C. Available in 1-litre and 208-litre packs.

Application

Manual gearboxes and differentials of vans, trucks, and agricultural and construction machinery, including hot-running rear axles on extended drain intervals.
