Description

Eni Rotra Truck Gear 80W-90 is a gear oil from the Rotra line for the manual gearboxes and hypoid differentials of lorries, compatible with synchroniser materials and seals.

The oil is rated API GL-4, GL-5 and MT-1, meets SAE J2360 and NATO O-226, and holds official MAN 341 Type Z2 and MAN 342 Type M2 approvals. It meets the requirements of MAN 341 Type E2, Scania STO 1:0, ZF TE-ML 02B, 05A, 07A, 12E, 16B, 17B, 19B and 21A without formal approval.

Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 16 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 106, pour point -30 °C and low-temperature viscosity 90,000 mPa·s at -26 °C.

Application

Manual gearboxes and hypoid differentials of lorries working under heavy dynamic loads and high temperatures, where GL-4 or GL-5 oils are prescribed.
