Description

77 Lubricants Motor Oil VX 0W-20 is a fully synthetic engine oil based on polyalphaolefins (PAO), designed for extended drain intervals in the petrol and diesel engines of current VW Group cars and vans.

It is rated ACEA C5 and meets the requirements of VW 508.00, VW 509.00, VW TL 52577, Porsche C20 and Ford WSS-M2C956-A1, without holding official manufacturer approvals.

Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 8.3 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 167, pour point -51 °C, sulphated ash 0.8 %.

The oil is not backward compatible: it must not be used in vehicles for which the manufacturer specifies an oil to the earlier VW Group Longlife standard.

Application

Current VW Group petrol and diesel cars and vans for which the manufacturer requires an oil to VW 508.00 or VW 509.00.
