Description

Aral Getriebeoel BS 75W-90 is a fully synthetic hypoid oil for the rear axles of trucks and passenger cars. It is also used in manual gearboxes that specify API GL-5, and Aral names Scania gearboxes among them.

It is classified API GL-5 and holds official MAN 342 Type S1, Scania STO 1:0, ZF TE-ML 05A, ZF TE-ML 12B, ZF TE-ML 17B, ZF TE-ML 19C and ZF TE-ML 21A approvals. The manufacturer states that it also meets the requirements set by BMW for axles without a differential lock.

Typical figures from the safety data sheet: kinematic viscosity 14.8 to 15.8 mm²/s at 100 °C, pour point -57 °C, flash point above 205 °C. Available in 208 litre drums.

Application
