Description

Liqui Moly Fully Synthetic Hypoid Gear Oil (GL4/5) 75W-90 is a fully synthetic gear oil for manual gearboxes, auxiliary units and hypoid final drives.

It is classified API GL-4, GL-5 and MT-1. It holds no official approvals; the manufacturer states that it meets the requirements of MB 235.8 and MB 235.11, ZF TE-ML 02B, ZF TE-ML 05A, ZF TE-ML 12L, ZF TE-ML 12N, ZF TE-ML 16F, ZF TE-ML 17B, ZF TE-ML 19C and ZF TE-ML 21A, SAE J2360, MIL-PRF-2105E, Volvo 97312 and BMW Synthetic OSP.

Typical figures: viscosity 15.6 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 157, pour point -51 °C. Pack sizes 1 and 20 litres. It is not intended for limited-slip differentials.

Application

Manual gearboxes, transfer cases and differentials without a limited-slip function that specify an API GL-4, GL-5 or MT-1 oil.
