Description

Elf Evolution R-Tech Elite 5W-30 is a synthetic low-ash oil developed for Renault, Dacia and Alpine engines that require the RN17 standard.

It is rated ACEA C2 and C3 and API SQ, and holds official Renault RN17 and MB 226.52 approvals. The data sheet also describes it as backward compatible with earlier Renault standards.

Typical figures: 12.4 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 164, flash point 233 °C, base number 9.7 mg KOH/g. In the M111 FE engine test the manufacturer quotes a fuel saving of 2.91 %. Available in 1, 5 and 208 litre packs.
