Description
Elf Moto 4 Race 10W-40 is a fully synthetic engine oil for powerful four-stroke motorcycles. It is designed to retain engine power and cleanliness over long use and to keep gear changes precise.
The oil is rated API SN and JASO MA2; the data sheet lists no motorcycle manufacturer approvals. A newer edition of the data sheet states a higher API category.
The oil has passed a severe oxidation test and stays fluid through temperature swings. Its additives smooth gear changes and reduce transmission noise, while a strong film withstands high loads. Typical figures: 14.2 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 153, pour point -39 °C. Available in 1 litre packs.
