Description

Elf Moto 4 Road 10W-40 is a semi-synthetic engine oil for four-stroke motorcycles in town traffic and on long journeys.

The oil is rated API SN and JASO MA2; the data sheet lists no motorcycle manufacturer approvals.

Viscosity modifiers ensure fast oil flow on a cold start and a stable film in a hot engine. The oil keeps piston ring grooves clean, which preserves compression, and its friction level is set so that the clutch does not slip. Typical figures: 14.2 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 151, pour point -33 °C. Available in 1 litre packs.

Application

Four-stroke motorcycles in town traffic and on long journeys, where fast oil pressure build-up on a cold start and slip-free clutch operation are needed.
