Description
Elf Renaultmatic D3 Syn is a fluid, synthetic according to its maker, for the Renault DPO automatic gearbox fitted to some Renault passenger cars. Its friction properties are tailored to the clutch, brake and torque-converter lock-up linings of this gearbox.
The fluid holds a Renault approval for the DPO gearbox. It is not intended for first-generation Renault automatic gearboxes (MB, AD4, AR4, AD8).
Its additives protect against wear, corrosion and foaming. Typical figures: 7.35 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 187, pour point -54 °C. Available in 1 litre packs.
