Description

Elf Tranself LD 75W-80 is a semi-synthetic long-drain gear oil for the manual gearboxes of trucks and vans in severe service, including ZF and Eaton units. Where the gearbox maker allows, the drain interval reaches 300,000 km.

It meets API GL-4. Official approvals: MAN 341 Type Z4, ZF TE-ML 01L, ZF TE-ML 02L and ZF TE-ML 16K. It meets the requirements of MAN 341 Type E3 and Volvo 97307 without formal approval, and is also suitable for European-built Eaton gearboxes.

Viscosity drops little under shear. Typical figures: 9.5 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 124, pour point -41 °C. Available in 208 litre drums.

Application

Manual gearboxes of trucks and vans in severe service, including ZF and Eaton units, with drain intervals of up to 300,000 km where the gearbox maker allows.
