Description
Eni i-Base professional 15W-40 is a multigrade engine oil from the i-Base professional line for petrol and diesel engines. Its additives prevent piston rings from sticking and slow the oxidation of the oil in service.
The oil is rated API SL and API CF; the maker quotes neither manufacturer approvals nor claims to meet manufacturer requirements.
Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 14.4 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 140, pour point -27 °C, flash point 225 °C, cold-cranking viscosity 6500 mPa·s at -20 °C.
