Description

BP Visco 2000 10W-40 is the entry-level engine oil of the Visco 2000 line for petrol car engines in everyday driving. According to BP, its CleanGuard additive package keeps engine deposits in check.

It is classified to the API SP petrol category, which supersedes the older API categories. The data sheet lists no ACEA classes and no official vehicle manufacturer approvals.

Typical figures from the data sheet: kinematic viscosity 14.7 mm²/s at 100 °C and 102 mm²/s at 40 °C, viscosity index 149, pour point -39 °C, flash point 198 °C, sulphated ash 0.81 %.
