Description

Liqui Moly Leichtlauf 10W-40 is a synthetic engine oil for passenger-car petrol and diesel engines, with or without a turbocharger and intercooler, and for cars running on CNG or LPG. It is designed for extended drain intervals where the vehicle manufacturer allows them.

It carries API SP and ACEA A3/B4 and holds official MB 229.3, VW 501.01 and VW 505.00 approvals. It meets MB 229.1, PSA B71 2294, Renault RN0700 and Renault RN0710 without formal approval.

Typical figures: viscosity 14.5 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 155, HTHS at least 3.5 mPa·s, base number 11, pour point -36 °C. Pack sizes from 1 to 205 litres.

With sulphated ash of 1.0-1.6 %, it is not a low-SAPS oil.

Application

Passenger-car petrol and diesel engines, with or without a turbocharger and intercooler, and cars running on CNG or LPG, including extended drain intervals where the vehicle manufacturer allows them.
