Description

Elf Evolution Full-Tech C2 5W-30 is a synthetic ACEA C2 engine oil intended mainly for modern Euro 5 and Euro 6 diesel cars with a particulate filter. Its reduced sulphated ash, phosphorus and sulphur content protects the filter, while low-volatility synthetic base oils limit oil burn-off.

It holds official PSA B71 2290 approval, and the maker also lists it as suitable for Toyota vehicles.

Typical data-sheet figures: 10.6 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 157, pour point -36 °C. Available in 1, 5 and 208 litre packs. Extended drain intervals are possible where the carmaker allows them.

Application

Chiefly modern Euro 5 and Euro 6 diesel cars fitted with a particulate filter.
