Description

Liqui Moly Leichtlauf Performance 5W-40 is a low-SAPS engine oil for passenger-car petrol and diesel engines, including common-rail and pump-nozzle units. It is also intended for cars with a factory-fitted or retrofitted particulate filter and for cars running on CNG or LPG.

It carries ACEA C3 and API SP. It holds no carmaker approvals and meets MB 229.31 without formal approval.

Typical figures: viscosity 14.3 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 170, HTHS at least 3.5 mPa·s, base number 8, NOACK 12 %, pour point -36 °C, sulphated ash no more than 0.8 %. Pack sizes from 1 to 205 litres.

Application

Passenger-car petrol and diesel engines, including common-rail and pump-nozzle units, with a factory-fitted or retrofitted particulate filter, and cars running on CNG or LPG.
