Description
Motul DEXRON III is a synthetic fluid based on Technosynthese for automatic gearboxes, torque converters, power steering, hydrostatic drives and marine reversing gearboxes.
The fluid holds official MB 236.9, ZF TE-ML 04D and ZF TE-ML 14A approvals (ZF approval number ZF001008). Without official approval it meets the requirements of GM Dexron III-G, Ford MERCON, MB 236.5, MAN 339 Type V1, MAN 339 Type Z1, Voith H55.6335.32, ZF TE-ML 03D, ZF TE-ML 17C, Allison TES 228 and CAT TO-2.
Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 7.2 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 213, pour point -48 °C, flash point 204 °C. Available in 1 to 208 litres.
Application
Automatic gearboxes with torque converters, power steering, hydrostatic drives and other hydraulic systems in cars and commercial vehicles specified for Dexron up to III, or Mercon.
