Data current as of

Motul is an independent French lubricant manufacturer. Its car engine oils are identified by the numbered series 4000, 4100, 6100 and 8100.

Separate from these are the Specific line, whose oils are named after carmakers’ approvals, NGEN HYBRID for hybrid cars and Classic for classic vehicles. For transmissions there are Motylgear, ATF fluids, Multi CVTF for continuously variable transmissions and Multi DCTF for dual-clutch gearboxes.
