Description

Motul SPECIFIC RBS0-2AE 0W-20 is a fully synthetic engine oil from the Specific line, which Motul builds around the requirements of individual car makers. This grade is intended for the Volvo Drive-E family of petrol (VEP) and diesel (VED) engines and has a fuel-saving formulation.

It is rated ACEA C5 and holds official Volvo VCC RBS0-2AE approval. It is compatible with particulate filters and catalytic converters.

Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 8.8 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 184, HTHS 2.9 mPa·s, pour point -48 °C, base number 9.1 mg KOH/g, sulphated ash 0.74 %. Available in 1, 5 and 208 litres.

Application

Volvo cars with Drive-E petrol (VEP) and diesel (VED) engines for which the manufacturer requires an oil to the Volvo VCC RBS0-2AE standard.
