Description

77 Lubricants Mono Engine Oil CF 40 is a single-grade SAE 40 mineral oil from the Mono Engine Oil line. It is intended for diesel engines in lorries and off-highway machinery.

The oil is rated API CF-4, API SG and ACEA E2, and according to the data sheet it is also suitable where API CH-4 is required. It carries no official approvals; it meets the requirements of Deutz DQC I-02, MAN 270, MAN 271, MB 228.0, MB 228.1, Volvo VDS, ZF TE-ML 04A, ZF TE-ML 04P and ZF TE-ML 07D without formal approval.

Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 14.5 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 102, pour point -21 °C, base number 12.2 mg KOH/g, sulphated ash 1.85 %.

Application

Diesel engines in lorries and off-highway machinery that call for an API CF-4 level oil.
