Description

Mobil Delvac Legend 1340 (SAE 40) is a monograde oil for naturally aspirated and turbocharged intercooled diesels in trucks and construction, mining, quarrying and agricultural equipment whose maker specifies an SAE 40 oil.

ExxonMobil recommends it where API CF or API SF is required; the data sheet lists no equipment maker approvals.

Base number 10 mg KOH/g, sulphated ash 1.1 %. The viscosity figures in the data sheet repeat the SAE 30 column, so they are not given here for this grade.

Application

Naturally aspirated and turbocharged intercooled diesels in trucks and construction, mining, quarrying and agricultural equipment where a monograde oil is specified.
