Description

Elf HTX Prestige 20W-50 is a mineral oil from the HTX range for vintage and later classic cars, where a thick oil film and low oil losses matter.

The oil is rated API SL and CF; the data sheet gives no carmaker approvals.

The formulation is kind to the seal and gasket materials used in cars of that time, and its detergency is set to limit varnish deposits. Typical figures: 17.9 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 123, pour point -27 °C, flash point above 220 °C. Available in 5 litre packs.

Application

Vintage and later classic cars that need a thick oil film and low oil losses.
