Description
Elf HTX Chrono 10W-60 is a fully synthetic oil from the HTX range for classic cars. This grade is aimed at historic racing cars and at modified or rebuilt engines, turbocharged or supercharged included, that see track use.
The manufacturer's catalogue lists it as API SN and JASO MA2; the data sheet gives no carmaker approvals.
The oil works with both road and racing fuel and is miscible with other oils. Typical figures: 22.9 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 173, pour point -36 °C, flash point above 220 °C. Available in 5 litre packs.
