Description

Liqui Moly Classic Motoroil SAE 20W-50 HD is a mineral multigrade engine oil with a moderate additive package for classic cars and motorcycles.

It carries API SC, SD, SE and CC; there are no carmaker approvals and no stated compliance with their requirements. Sulphated ash of 0.65 % and a base number of 6 mg KOH/g match the level of the oils these engines were designed for.

Typical figures: 20 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 130, HTHS at least 3.7 mPa·s, NOACK volatility 5.5 %, pour point -30 °C. Available in 1, 5, 60 and 205 litre packs.

The oil is only for engines with an oil filter; for unfiltered engines the Classic range offers single-grade oils.

Application

Classic cars and motorcycles with a full-flow oil filter whose manufacturer specifies an oil of API class SC, SD, SE or CC.
