Description

Liqui Moly Hypoid Gear Oil (GL5) SAE 80W-90 is a mineral gear oil for heavily loaded vehicle transmissions, above all hypoid final drives. It contains no limited-slip additive.

It carries API GL-5, the MIL-L-2105C and MIL-L-2105D approvals and official approvals ZF TE-ML 16B, ZF TE-ML 17B, ZF TE-ML 19B and ZF TE-ML 21A (approval number ZF002053). It meets the requirements of MB 235.0 and MAN 342 Type M1 without official approval.

Typical figures: 16 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 105, pour point -33 °C. Available in 1, 20 and 60 litre packs.

Application

Heavily loaded vehicle transmissions, above all hypoid final drives.
