Description

Mobil 1 ESP LV 0W-30 is a fully synthetic oil in the Mobil 1 range with a reduced high-temperature viscosity (HTHS around 3 mPa·s), designed to save fuel in modern engines.

It carries official Volvo VCC 95200377 and MB 229.61 approvals and meets the requirements of Ford WSS-M2C920-A without a formal approval. It is rated ACEA C2 and A5/B5, combining fuel economy with protection of exhaust after-treatment systems, as well as API SN and SL.

Typical figures: 9.7 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 180, sulphated ash 0.8 %, pour point -51 °C. Extended drain intervals apply only where the car maker provides for them.

Application

New fuel-efficient petrol, diesel and hybrid Volvo, Mercedes-Benz and BMW cars, and Asian models, for which 0W-30 to one of its specifications is called for.
