Description

Mobil 1 ESP 0W-30 is a fully synthetic oil in the Mobil 1 range with reduced sulphated ash, phosphorus and sulphur (Low SAPS), which protects the particulate filter and the catalytic converter.

It holds official VW 504.00, VW 507.00, MB 229.31, MB 229.51, MB 229.52 and Porsche C30 approvals. It is rated ACEA C3, and ExxonMobil recommends it where ACEA C2 is specified. On the API side it meets SQ, SP, SN Plus, SN and SL; the API SP engine tests include protection against LSPI in small turbocharged petrol engines.

Typical figures: 12.2 mm²/s at 100 °C, 64.8 mm²/s at 40 °C, pour point -51 °C.

Application

Modern petrol, diesel and hybrid cars, SUVs and light vans with exhaust after-treatment, notably Porsche, VW Group models, Mercedes-Benz and Asian vehicles for which 0W-30 is specified.
