Description

Mobil Super 3000 Formula F 5W-20 is an engine oil with a reduced HTHS viscosity (below 2.9 mPa·s) for Ford engines specifying WSS-M2C948-B, above all the three-cylinder 1.0 EcoBoost, and for Asian cars that need 5W-20. ExxonMobil excludes certain generations of the Ford Ka and Focus RS from its applications.

According to the oil maker, it meets the requirements of Ford WSS-M2C948-B without a formal approval. It is rated ACEA C5 and API SN.

Typical figures: viscosity 7.9 mm²/s at 100 °C, pour point -36 °C, sulphated ash 0.8 %.

It should not be used in engines designed for thicker oils.

Application

Ford engines for which the manufacturer requires WSS-M2C948-B, above all the three-cylinder 1.0 EcoBoost, and Asian cars requiring 5W-20. ExxonMobil excludes certain generations of the Ford Ka and Focus RS.
