Description

Liqui Moly Molygen New Generation 5W-20 is an engine oil for modern petrol car engines. It contains the Molygen additive, which the manufacturer says reduces friction.

It carries API SQ and ILSAC GF-7A. It holds no official approvals; the manufacturer states that it meets the requirements of GM dexos1 Gen 3, GM 6094M, Chrysler MS-6395, Fiat 9.55535-CR1, Ford WSS-M2C930-A, Ford WSS-M2C945-A, Ford WSS-M2C945-B1, Ford WSS-M2C960-A1, Ford WSS-M2C970-A1 and Mitsubishi Dia Queen, and the recommendations of Daihatsu, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Subaru and Toyota.

Typical figures: viscosity 8.5 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 160, HTHS at least 2.6 mPa·s, sulphated ash below 0.8 %. Pack sizes from 1 to 205 litres.
