Description

Mobil Super 3000 Formula OV 0W-20 is an engine oil for recent Opel/Vauxhall, Mercedes-Benz, GM and Ford petrol, diesel and hybrid engines for which the carmaker permits 0W-20, and for Asian cars.

It holds official GM dexosD and MB 229.71 approvals and is rated ACEA C5 and C6 and API SP and SN Plus. According to the oil maker, it also meets the requirements of Ford WSS-M2C952-A1, without a formal approval. The formulation protects against LSPI and timing-chain wear.

Typical figures: viscosity 8 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 188, pour point -39 °C, sulphated ash 0.8 %.

The oil is not intended for engines that need a higher viscosity.

Application

Recent Opel/Vauxhall, Mercedes-Benz, GM and Ford petrol, diesel and hybrid engines approved for 0W-20, and Asian cars. ExxonMobil also lists it for Jaguar Land Rover STJLR.03.5006, except in cold-climate countries.
