Description

Mobil Super 3000 0W-16 is a fully synthetic, very low viscosity engine oil for fuel-efficient petrol and hybrid cars from Japanese and Korean makers that specifically require SAE 0W-16.

It meets ILSAC GF-7B and GF-6B and API SQ and SP, including the Resource Conserving categories (SQ RC, SP RC), as well as the earlier SN Plus, SN Plus RC, SN and SN RC. The data sheet lists no carmaker approvals. The formulation protects turbocharged direct-injection engines against LSPI.

Typical figures: viscosity 7.3 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 160, pour point -54 °C, flash point 238 °C.

The oil is intended only for engines for which the carmaker specifies 0W-16.

Fuel-efficient petrol and hybrid cars from Japanese and Korean makers whose handbook specifically requires SAE 0W-16.
