Description

Motul 300V POWER 5W-30 is a fully synthetic, ester-based racing oil from the 300V line (Motul ESTER Core technology) for petrol and diesel engines in tuned road cars and competition cars. It suits engines for which the maker specifies 5W-30 and which are used on track or at high revs.

Motul claims no API or ACEA categories and no car-maker approvals, stating that the oil goes beyond current standards. The emphasis is on power output.

Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 11.1 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 165, HTHS 3.5 mPa·s, pour point -48 °C. Available in 2 litres.

Application

Petrol and diesel engines in tuned road cars and competition cars, naturally aspirated, turbocharged or supercharged, injected or carburetted, where a 5W-30 viscosity is specified.
