Description
Eni Rotra FE 75W-80 is a synthetic fuel-saving oil for manual gearboxes. Its low viscosity in the cold makes gear changes easier after a cold start and reduces friction losses.
The oil is rated API GL-4 and is not intended for units whose manufacturer requires GL-5. According to its maker, it meets the requirements of ZF TE-ML 06L, ZF TE-ML 08, ZF TE-ML 17A and ZF TE-ML 24A, without formal ZF approval.
Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 54 mm²/s at 40 °C and 9.1 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 165, pour point -45 °C, flash point 220 °C, density 875 kg/m³ and low-temperature viscosity 75,000 mPa·s at -40 °C.
