Description

BP Energear 140 is a high-viscosity monograde SAE 140 gear oil from the Energear line for manual gearboxes and for spur, bevel and helical gears in cars, trucks, agricultural and construction machinery.

It is rated API GL-4 and carries no official carmaker approvals.

Typical figures: kinematic viscosity 29 mm²/s at 100 °C and 420 mm²/s at 40 °C, viscosity index 97, flash point 196 °C, density 912 kg/m³. The data come from the data sheet for the Middle East market.
