Description
Liqui Moly Classic Transmission Oil SAE 140 is a high-viscosity mineral gear oil for gearboxes and final drives in classic cars and motorcycles under light load.
It carries API GL-1, GL-2 and GL-3 and holds no carmaker approvals. It does not reach the extreme-pressure level of GL-4 or GL-5, so it is not intended for units where such a class is specified.
Typical figures: 27.4 mm²/s at 100 °C and 390 mm²/s at 40 °C, viscosity index 96, pour point -9 °C. Available in 1 litre packs.
Application
Lightly loaded gearboxes and final drives in classic cars and motorcycles that call for an API GL-1, GL-2 or GL-3 oil.
