Description

Castrol CRB Turbomax 15W-40 CI-4/E7 is a semi-synthetic oil in the CRB range for high-speed diesel engines in trucks, buses, tractors and construction machinery that have no particulate filter.

It is rated ACEA E7 and API CI-4 and SL, and holds official CAT ECF-1-a, Cummins CES 20076, Cummins CES 20077, DDC Powerguard 93K215, Deutz DQC III-18, DTFR 15C110, Mack EO-M Plus, Mack EO-N, Renault Trucks RLD-2 and Volvo VDS-3 approvals. It meets the requirements of MAN M 3275-1 without formal approval.

Typical figures: 14.9 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 139, base number 9.7 mg KOH/g, sulphated ash 1.29 %, pour point -42 °C.
