Description

Liqui Moly Gear Oil (GL4) SAE 80W is a mineral gear oil for manual gearboxes and final drives operating under normal to high load.

It carries API GL-4 and holds official approvals MIL-L-2105, ZF TE-ML 17A (approval number ZF000694) and DTFR 13B100. It meets the requirements of MB 235.1, MAN 341 Type E1 and MAN 341 Type Z2 without official approval.

Typical figures: 11.4 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 110, pour point -27 °C. Available in 0.5, 1, 20, 60 and 205 litre packs. It is not a GL-5 hypoid oil.

Application

Manual gearboxes and final drives under normal to high load in vehicles with conventional transmission design.
