Description

Liqui Moly Gear Oil (GL4) SAE 85W-90 is a mineral gear oil for manual gearboxes and final drives operating under normal to high load.

It carries API GL-4, the MIL-L-2105 approval and official approvals ZF TE-ML 16A, ZF TE-ML 17A and ZF TE-ML 19A (approval number ZF002054). It meets the requirements of MAN 341 Type E1 and MAN 341 Type Z2 without official approval.

Typical figures: 17.6 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 96, pour point -15 °C. Available in 0.5, 1, 20 and 60 litre packs. It is not a GL-5 hypoid oil.

Application

Manual gearboxes and final drives under normal to high load in vehicles with conventional transmission design.
