Description
Liqui Moly Hypoid Gear Oil (GL5) SAE 80W is a mineral gear oil for heavily loaded vehicle transmissions, above all hypoid final drives. It contains no limited-slip additive.
It carries API GL-5 and the MIL-L-2105D approval. It meets the requirements of MAN 342 Type M1, Volvo 97314 and ZF TE-ML 17B without official approval.
Typical figures: 11.1 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 96, pour point -27 °C. Available in 0.5, 1 and 205 litre packs.
Application
Heavily loaded vehicle transmissions, above all hypoid final drives.
