Description

Shell Helix Ultra ECT C2/C3 0W-30 is a fully synthetic oil, low in sulphated ash, phosphorus and sulphur, for petrol, diesel and gas car engines. It suits particulate filters, three-way catalytic converters and many hybrids.

The oil is rated API SP, ACEA C2 and ACEA C3 and holds official approvals to VW 504.00 and VW 507.00 for extended drain intervals, MB 229.31, MB 229.51, MB 229.52 and Porsche C30. It meets the requirements of Fiat 9.55535-DS1 and Fiat 9.55535-GS1 without formal approval.

Typical figures: 11.90 mm²/s at 100 °C, 58.70 mm²/s at 40 °C, viscosity index 204, pour point -51 °C.

The data sheet excludes Fiat 1.3 SDE Euro 6 diesel engines.

Application

Modern petrol, diesel (with a particulate filter) and gas engines in cars that require ACEA C2 or C3; suitable for many hybrids.
