Description

Mobil 1 ESP Formula P 5W-30 is a synthetic oil in the Mobil 1 range aimed at Stellantis engines. Its reduced ash, sulphur and phosphorus content protects the particulate filter and the catalyst.

It carries official Stellantis FPW9.55535/03 approval (outside Europe the same specification is numbered FPW9.55535/05), together with GM dexos2, MB 229.31, MB 229.51 and MB 229.52. It is rated ACEA C2 and C3 and API SN, SM, SL, SJ and CF.

Typical figures: 11.8 mm²/s at 100 °C, viscosity index 183, pour point -48 °C, flash point 239 °C. The manufacturer claims protection against LSPI and timing-chain wear.

Petrol and diesel engines in Peugeot, Citroen, DS and Opel cars requiring Stellantis FPW9.55535/03, including the 1.2 PureTech and the 1.5, 2.0 and 2.2 BlueHDi, and markets with a hot climate.
